I had Zakeef as both my driver and dispatcher for this load. Luckily there was amazing commination as the moment the truck broke down he let me know and I was able to make the customer aware and push back the delivery time till the truck was fixed. got regular updates on when he'd be moving again and once he was on site. Nice job
