In Trucking we all know it is a 24/7 business. It is nice to see a carrier that has folks that work on weekends and you can get a hold of. I have personally reached out to them on the weekends for updates on my loads and have worked with Jason and David who are both knowledgeable in the industry. They are straight shooters. They communication they have when you put them on a load is top notch. They keep you informed along the way, which is great when they are doing partial loads for you. Will Continue to use them.

I use Hawk Logistics 4-6 times when my business is slow per week. When its busy, 8-10 loads per week. I like these guys becuase they are like me, hungry to work hard and care about their job. I continue to grow with these guys and can't wait when we get up to 20 loads per week.

Never had a bad experience with this carrier. They've ran many loads sucessfully for us, and if they did have any issues, they've communicated them as soon as they arose giving us time to deal with any issues.

A day after Hawk picked up our load, the customer called and said it needed to be rerouted — not a small change, a totally different market (TX delivery switched to IL). The driver who had the load couldn't make the new route work. Hawk put another driver on it and still got it delivered on time. Didn't try to charge us an absurd amount either and we were more than happy to compensate. They kept us posted the whole time and figured it out.
If they hadn't handled it, I would've had to find a cold storage, drop the load and find a new carrier on short notice, which is a mess. Hawk took care of it instead. That's why we keep using them.
