Good carrier to work with, have used them several times with now issues. However, carrier’s identity has been stolen. The scammers are using the following email in order to steal loads - ben@cloud-trucks.com (carrier’s real domain ends with @cloudtrucks.com). Once the scammers book the load, they rebroker it to a different carrier and the load is then diverted to a warehouse in their network.
