Carrier is easy to get set up but after that, it wasn't so good. Took the carrier forever to get our signed rate con back to us after sending it to them. The carrier ended up being a no-call no-show. The carrier was supposed to pick up a load in Ft Worth at 6am that had to deliver in Houston the same day by 4pm. The carrier had told us he would be empty the afternoon before the shipment but that wasn't the truth. Come to find out the carrier had a 3am delivery appointment and at 4am the driver realized he wouldn't make it from Tyler, TX to Ft Worth, Tx to pick up our load. So, in turn, the laod was not picked up on time and ended up not getting delivered on time. If the carrier would have been more upfront with us and told us the truth no one would be in this position.
