Driver was very rude and refused to give information. Was very difficult to get information from him. Was not tracking good and he was very disrespectful, even insulted us.

This is an unfortunate situation that took place with the driver. As we know drivers have the full grunt of the work on their shoulders and things go wrong sometimes on the road. We did reach out to driver to speak with him and make sure he was ok. He had family issues that week and was unable to make it home. Nonetheless, we emphasize our dedication to professionalism and corrected the situation accordingly. So much so that we continued booking these loads with this brokerage and got a great review from them a couple months later.
