Very bad dispatch Miguel. doesnt pay attention to the details and requirements of the loads he just wants to tlak about money. that causes issues when the loads have special requirements and he sends his driver Kevin to fins out from the shipper about driver assitance and that he needed a palletjack when he was already loaded. we had to ask the customer to get a palletjack when the details of the load clearly stated that it was needed and it wa sthe first thing we discussed in the call we had. as we were able to solve the issue directly with the client and the driver. dispatch kept being rude and sending emails even after the load was delivered and told him we were going to keep the communicatioon with the driver.
