Our coordinator, Lucy, is communicative, friendly, prompt in response and does her best to get us the best rates and shipment plans for what we need.
- Dislikes
Sometimes using brokered contractors, we did not receive tracking information on our shipment. This was not a big deal for what we needed, but if you do, be sure to ask for it.
