How do I begin with this carrier, worst experience I had in this industry in the 10 years I have been working in this office. The carrier booked this load, then claimed RTS disapproved of us. Keep in mind, that they never said anything until Friday afternoon, and they loaded first thing in the morning Friday. Makai Rohbar, then started to ask me after-hours why did I have 2 company entities ( I have a transportation and logistics MC). She began to claim we were running an "illegal load" claiming we would not pay her and she would not deliver this load until she got paid. She contacted my customer and went beyond contacting the GM of receiving claiming this was an "illegal load". Friday night I was on the phone with my customer explaining how this carrier has gone insane and humiliated me like no one has managed in this industry. I explained everything she asked for and tried to calm the situation down. We ended up having to pay her and beg for her to have her truck show up to the receiver. Dispatch and driver were willing to hold the load hostage if they had to. I have all the proof necessary to confirm my accusations. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THESE CARRIERS WILL DO ANYTHING TO HAVE THINGS THEIR WAY. TRULY A LIABILITY FOR BROKERS. Contact me at info@pdrtransportinc.com if you need to verify any of my claims.
