I'm not a fan of using SAIA, they tend to be a carrier that is known for extra charges, any time you have a limited access delivery they always add the lift gate charge on the bill, even if the customer has a way to unload the truck, they always never want to admit there error in billing disputes, I stay way from SAIA for my LTL shipments
