Saia is ok carrier to work with, when I work with them, I don’t have any issues with damage freight or huge delays on there ltl shipments. Im not fan how they always like to charge extra on shipments, I have worked with customer for years and I Know they have scales but SAIA like to say the weight is off quite a bit compare to other carriers, there customer isn’t the best if you have to call in, I tend to prefer other carriers if the cost will be an issue.

I'm not a fan of using SAIA, they tend to be a carrier that is known for extra charges, any time you have a limited access delivery they always add the lift gate charge on the bill, even if the customer has a way to unload the truck, they always never want to admit there error in billing disputes, I stay way from SAIA for my LTL shipments
