I love using this carrier company, it is one of the best LTL options for my customers. They always provided strong communication with a customer service team available in Spanish. Tracking is very simple using the PRO# and/or pick up number

I'm not a fan of using SAIA, they tend to be a carrier that is known for extra charges, any time you have a limited access delivery they always add the lift gate charge on the bill, even if the customer has a way to unload the truck, they always never want to admit there error in billing disputes, I stay way from SAIA for my LTL shipments
