Overall experience was alright. Driver was not able to track consistently throughout the entire haul but was on time to appointments. Driver had to refresh tracking a couple of times. Communication from dispatcher was solid and reliable but driver's could've been better.

Red Star was on time for pick up and dispatch was good about giving updates at first however driver tracked incorrectly the entire load . Had to call dispatch and send emails before finally getting a response all information was correct however tracking was still wrong no idea why . Dispatch gave updates when asked and the load was delivered on time . Would work with the carrier again
