Great communication w/them! Have had a load where the trailer was rejected, but they stayed on and made it right. The driver cleaned out the trailer, returned for loading and still managed to make on time delivery. Appreciate their honestly, professionalism and dedication.

Overall experience was alright. Driver was not able to track consistently throughout the entire haul but was on time to appointments. Driver had to refresh tracking a couple of times. Communication from dispatcher was solid and reliable but driver's could've been better.
