Great experience working with them. Abdul was the main point of contact but OTC has a strong back office support with an afterhours and track and trace team. Their driver tracked the entire time, and was able to handle a lumper fee for an overnight delivery. Reliable and trustworthy carrier, I would happily work with them for future loads.
