He came to pick up a load in a box truck. My entire load wouldn't fit in a box truck. My customer was upset and when I called Leonid to explain the situation, he sent another truck and took care of it. He will get all my loads out of here that he can take. Truly showed care and concern for my customer and my situation.

Dispatcher booked a load with us gave us wrong updates lied to us load was delivered and when I called him out on it he said let me get you an update and then disappeared. Driver who picked up load was only local driver and they never advised us of this. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER THEY ARE VERY SCUMMY.
