What went poorly?
- Poor Dispatcher Communication
Saw same report after booking a load with carrier and was advised that carrier gave back load after receiving rate con. He called and advised that he can't take load due to shippers "google reviews", etc. even after confirming brokerage will pay detention. Beware when booking carrier-- will give loads back and lie.
