This team had great communication. They arrived early for pickup, but had truck issues mid way through the transit. The team made sure that we were well aware of what was going on and how long it would take to fix. They ended up being two hours late, but with the information we had received made sure to let the receiver know and we did not have any issues.

Diver Noel and dispatcher Amanda made sure absolutely nothing wrong could happen on this load. Noel was on site at both locations with plenty of time to spare and provided regular updates. Amanda was easy to get ahold of at any time and made sure to always know exactly what was going on with the load. Even sent over the POD immediately after delivery.
