What went poorly?

We have worked with this company a couple of times and they never disappoint to disappoint. This has been the Nth time that they canceled a load with us after receiving the rate con without providing us a valid reason. They use their drivers as an alibi but we always caught them lying. Do not ever work with them if you don't want to stress about your loads. These are the names of the people you need to take note of; John, Matt, Wilmer, etc.
