We book a load from Miami, FL to Cleveland, OH, His first ETA was 3 PM, then there was a lack of communication and did not get any update until we get a haul at the driver and he simply said he didn't go cause his GPS was showing him 6 pm and at that time the warehouse was already close, they made us look like a fool with the customer, awful service.
