We understand electronic tracking is important for everyone, at the same time some drivers will not accept tracking of their phone. Our ELD is connected with most major tracking software like Project 44, MacroPoint and the likes. On top of that we do send an email with a live link to our truck every time a truck is assigned to a load. While mechanical breakdown can be reduced by proper preventative maintenance, something that MC Carrier is proudly doing, some situations cannot be avoided. Case in point: flat tires caused by road debris. These issues can be costly and unexpected, this causing delays. Best we can do, is to keep everyone involved updated and get the trucks back up and running as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to haul more loads in the future.
