I was out of town and booked a shipment with them, I could only work on my phone, so I had to send over a hand written pdf of a rate con, they were ok with that, I sent an update rate con when I was home, the load had picked up and delivered on time, there dispatcher was quick at responding to emails, they were easy to work with, I would use again.
