This was a first time hire for us, and the driver had transmission issues in route. We were notified, and dispatcher sent a recover truck to complete load. Despite that unforeseen trouble, everything else went smoothly and professionally. Would hire again.

I booked a flatbed hot shot load with the dispatcher. The set was done quickly to onboard. The dispatcher picked up all my phone calls regarding the tracking, they delivered with in the time frame we agreed to, the pod was over right away, no complaints I will use again.
