They did pick up and deliver on time but they were originally taken off the load due to lack of communication but went and picked up the load any way.

Missed Pick Up on a load and we cut them and got a new carrier, and this carrier went in and picked up the product anyway.

Booked for a Saturday pickup, no show & no call. Tracking showed 800 miles away from shipper. Email to dispatcher and text to driver that they were removed, and I scheduled a recovery truck. They loaded (obviously a different driver) late making my recovery a TONU and the load delivered a day late. Not rude, they just stopped communicating and put the wrong driver on tracking so we had no visibility to the load for a while.
