This carrier was one of the hardest driver/dispatcher combo my brokerage has ever had to deal with. They fell out on us twice while they were at the shipper. They decided to stay on the load and requested more money every time we talked. We will not use them again.
- Dislikes
They will book a price with you and constantly try and weasel you out of money. They called my customer because of a 30 min wait at the door, threatened to hold the load hostage while he was being loaded and then again while he was OTR because we wouldn't give them any more money. Terrible customer service.
