I have been working with LEO on a lot sprinter van loads, he always comes through on the service. There team lets me know when the driver is at the pick up, once loaded with pictures of the freight loaded in to the cargo van, signed bols, then tracking updates always 3-4 hours even in to middle of the night. The same with delivery, pictures of the freight being unloaded, with the signed BOLS right away, not much more I can ask for them to do.
