It was easy to get ahold of dispatcher Kulwant when I couldn't reach the driver. He was able to assure me that everything was on track for a smooth delivery and that the driver was loaded and rolling. even providing me the in and out times from the shipper. In the end load was delivered in good condition on time.

Tracking was great throughout. The dispatcher and driver did an excellent job of communicating with everyone. The driver was on time for both appts and he even called ahead with his ETA.

Terrible carrier, They used damaged trailer for load, then had to stop to get it fixed. Macropoint was very spotty and they took over a day to send in paper work.
