TJ let us know that the driver was delayed to the shipper so we let them know and were able to get him loaded when he arrived. Was a very positive experience overall.

The driver was delayed after his previous delivery because there was an odor that required a wash out which caused them arrive after their loading appointment. We appreciate that he took care of this before he arrived though.
