Late pick up due to a situation out of everybody´s hands however the freight arrived exactly when they said it would, safe and sound. I'm seriously impressed with how they handled this unforeseen situation. Kudos to Just Progress for their dedication and reliability! They've definitely won my trust for future loads, I know it is hard to leave a good impression when you are behind the clock due to a situation you cannot control, however, the delivery wasn´t affected and the customer didn´t even notice something happen in the pick-up, so that´s a good thing I guess lol.
