What went poorly?

Very unprofessional experience. They canceled a confirmed load just 1 hour before pickup, even after the carrier had signed the rate confirmation, and we had already agreed on payment conditions, times, and all details. On top of that, they demanded a 50% advance payment before pickup, and when we declined (since this was never part of the original agreement), they canceled the load on us. This caused unnecessary delays and wasted valuable time for us and our customer. Would not recommend working with them.
