Dispatcher Selena charged us a fair rate, and got us the equipment we needed.
- Dislikes
JB & Sons was extremely difficult to work with. They gave us poor updates, and were overall bad at communication. They couldn't keep their updates straight, and then yelled at us for not knowing. Dispatcher Ben threatened to hold the load hostage and take it back to the shipper. I do not recommend working with JB & Sons Express.
