Carrier booked a load scheduled for PU 8am the day prior and advised they were empty the day before. The next morning at 7:30 they advised they will be 30 minutes late due to running out of time on the clock. 8:40 roles around and they stated they were being unloaded with their previous load and are 40 minutes away.
Very poor and unprofessional service. Strongly recommend staying away from this carrier.
