Overview
H&H Express, Inc. started as a one-man show in 1997. Larry Hill Jr. (Pete) was looking for a way to pay his expense to commute to work in Spokane, WA, while still living in St. Maries, ID. He had just one old, wore-out Astro van. As time progressed, he used his dad to help him pick up the freight and his mom to answer the dispatch phone. His sister (Lori) did all the accounting.

The load was picked up and delivered . But no tracking and no updates from the dispatch . Asked the dispatch to accept it couple times and no reaction . The phone they provide doesn't work. They sent me an email saying that the driver will miss the appointment couple hours before delivery . If you want to lose your customer you can give them a load.

Leon made sure our load was picked up and delivered on time. Though we had issues getting ahold of the driver or dispatch at times when tracking wasn't working it was still a positive load
