Hello!
We are so sorry you had this experience working with us. But, if we are not mistaken, this is regarding a load from 06/02 and you were notified that the driver had issues with his truck (radiator to be precise) and that a road service has been called and we made sure to say he will miss his appointment time. We were then notified that the cutoff was at 1PM (est). We notified you 45 minutes later that he should be able to drive soon and was eventually unloaded, around 2:30PM EST (he arrived around 1:30pm). We exchanged emails with Matthew Estill. If this is in regards to another load, just let me know and I will be sure to check.
