Caution, This carrier booked a load with me a day before the scheduled pickup. When I requested an update, I was told they were still at a previous delivery with no clear timeline for completion. Despite my repeated follow-ups throughout that day and the following morning, they failed to provide any proactive communication or updates. Furthermore, they did not provide the proof of location or tracking information I requested.
Due to this lack of communication and reliability, I have blocked this carrier and will not be working with them again.
