Working with this carrier was excellent. I actually booked a load with a different MC and found out that I'd been double brokered and that Cameron was the one who actually showed up to pick up the load. He was patient and understanding with the situation, and we got setup with his company and the load went perfectly. We had another issue in transit where we discovered that the customer had mistakenly loaded his truck with 2 pallets that did not belong to the receiver he'd agreed to deliver to, and he was very understanding and gladly agreed to drop the 2 pallets off at a 2nd receiver.
