Do Not Use Carrier booked a load on 11/16 to Pickup on 11/18 and we confirmed with the dispatcher on 11/17 around 3-4pm that they were still good for the pickup on 11/18 at 7 am-9 am and they said yes we are. ON 11/18 at 8 am we had not heard anything from the dispatcher or the driver so we call to find out they had overbooked their truck and they were not going to be able to pick our load up by 9 am and have it delivered the same day. Even though we had everything in writing on the rate con that it was a same-day delivery they ignored that and didn't pay attention to details. They don't know how to stay organized with what they have booked.
Carrier needs to get a TMS system or something to keep better track of what loads they have booked and when they need to be taken care of as they are unorganized and cant keep track of what they are doing day to day.
