Our company started in 2018 with just two trucks and a small office. We grow and every day is a new challenge for us. Right now, we have 60+ trucks. We strive to be large enough to have experts serve customer needs, yet small enough to communicate with every employee and client directly. The carrier booked a load with us to deliver in Moss Point MS 8am and at 8am on the day of delivery, we can't get a reply from dispatch so we finally get ahold of the driver to find out that they didn't call anyone to let them know but the driver won't be arriving until 11am for his delivery on the day before thanksgiving when the receiver is from out of town. When we finally got ahold of dispatch and they said we sent you guys an email at 4:30am when we asked if anyone has bothered to call the receiver and they said no we were waiting on a response from us even though the rate specifically stated they are to reach out to the receiver asap with any updates.
