Good carrier w/excellent communication. Driver was delayed to pick up due to a previous delivery, they let us know as soon as possible and even worked on a recovery. However, driver was able to make it there a cpl hours later. They tracked and provided real time updates throughout life of the load. Pricing was spot on and delivery was on time.

The carrier booked a load with us to deliver in Moss Point MS 8am and at 8am on the day of delivery, we can't get a reply from dispatch so we finally get ahold of the driver to find out that they didn't call anyone to let them know but the driver won't be arriving until 11am for his delivery on the day before thanksgiving when the receiver is from out of town. When we finally got ahold of dispatch and they said we sent you guys an email at 4:30am when we asked if anyone has bothered to call the receiver and they said no we were waiting on a response from us even though the rate specifically stated they are to reach out to the receiver asap with any updates.
