Carrier took a low paying load, with specific instructions for picture requirements. We were extremely clear what we were up against and didn't want a late in the day loading and needed to release driver. Communication between driver/dispatch lacked majorly. Updates were given to me by dispatch that were hours old, no phone call appeared to have been made to driver when requested. Driver was unresponsive for HOURS and was released after the yard closed and Customer was gone home for day. Disappointed.
