arrier called and booked a load to Pickup in Ft Worth going to Covington, LA, and agreed to do the load and set up the pickup time. After an hour an half we were trying to confirm with the carrier what their driver's eta was to be at the shipper's and we don't get a response and keep trying for about 30 minutes and finally get a text saying sorry they couldn't do the load any longer because the driver wants more money and refuses to do the load. So the dispatcher never even checked with the driver to see if he wanted to load or not. causing everyone that was involved to get frustrated because everything was set up and then had to go find a different carrier to do the load. Very dependable and don't trust them saying they will do the load because it is not a guarantee.
