I booked a weekend load with CLT Express on a Friday. Saturday morning comes around send an email to dispatch no response. follow up 2 hours later no response. Call the driver he answers gives me an ETA of 11AM (currently tracking). 11Am comes around Drivers macropoint turns off is late to our appt and will not answer the phone any more.
call dispatch a few times no answer but get an email stating he will be on site soon. eventually driver gets on site about an 1hr and 15 min after stated ETA.
I'd work with them again but most likely not on a weekend load again.

Clean trailers, drivers track well but communication a little lacking here, mostly timely to appointments. Dispatch does a nice job of providing updates. Can be priced more on the higher end of things, but trustworthy in taking care of the customers.
