I read the reviews on carrier 411 for canceling loads and this review that was posted already, I had feeling they could cancel on me, i still wanted to give them a shot and sure enough canceled around the time they said they would pick up, and I called out the dispatcher about it, usually if you have reviews for this type of behavior then usually happens even though this was in the past, must took another load or try to cover my load with another carrier
