Carrier has slowly gone downhill over the last couple of months. The carrier took a partial that the shipper loaded onto the front of their truck and the driver strapped it in place. Then the carrier took the freight off the truck, loaded more freight onto the truck, and then after reloading our shipment back onto their truck, they never resecured the load back in place so when the shipment arrived at the receiver it was all damaged and our cargo was a complete loss causing the whole shipment to have to be remade. The carrier doesn't really carry about the freight.
