What went poorly?

Carrier picked up and hauled our load with no issues but the problem we had was getting the proof of delivery form the carrier it took them over 1.5 months and that was after us reaching out over 20 times via phone and email. Caused our client grief because the receiver couldn't find their shipment so they needed the POD to show who signed for it.
