We have used this carrier before and didn't have any issues.

The carrier called on a load we had posted from Corpus Christi, CA to Escalon, CA, and after we told them about the load and it is half a load and our client was trying to move it for $3200. They told us they could do it for $4000 and pick it up on 4/20 and the dispatcher was talking with the driver while we were on the phone. We told them we had to go get approval as we had only been approved to go to $3200 and would call them back in 3 minutes. So we get approval and we go back to the carrier and tell them that we got the approval for $4000 and need to get them set up. They tell us ok let us get ahold of the driver and get that taken care of. A few minutes later they tell us that driver is sick and can't do the load, but they can have a different truck there in Corpus tomorrow morning to pick it up for $6000. All a bunch of games, when we asked them about the $4000 bid they said oh that was that driver this is a different driver. So the fact that your company made a commitment to do the load has no bearing on this and the fact that your word means nothing? Nope.
