We dispatched a load to this company via Central Dispatch. Despite their good ratings and valid credentials, 36 hours after dispatch they claimed their account was hacked and denied requesting the load, while the car was already picked up. This caused major issues with our customer and operations. They provided no support, and later their driver demanded extra cash on delivery. We refused, reported to the police, and the driver finally delivered the vehicle for the agreed price. Their excuse and shady conduct raised serious concerns. We strongly advise avoiding this company.
