Dispatcher was real nice and good at the time that updates were provided. Driver arrived at time at the shipper however he was load a little bit late because the load wasn't ready but he delivered on time. They answered the calls responsable and respectful. They track the whole time, the communication was perfect. Dispatcher was friendly and the driver knew our lane very well.
