The dispatcher booked a load with us (told us driver would be getting empty in TN that night) then a few hours before pickup said that the driver's load to Birmingham, AL got cancelled. I asked for any screnshots of emails just to confirm the load was actually cancelled and she hung up. Marked as "do not use" in our system.
