I am a broker and I spoke to Katie Andrade, had a load all set up, she signed a rate confirmation sheet. I stayed until after 5pm to work out a load with her because she needed extra time, said she was driving. She sends in the rate confirmation sheet signed at 5:20 telling me everything is good to go. I get an email at 7:20pm saying her company wants money through Zelle before picking up the load. We do not cash app, Zelle or apple pay any driver for a load. We have a paper trail of all transactions. No one will send anyone money before a load has been picked up and delivered. This was unprofessional on 7 Logistics and Transport, out of Kissimmee FL. I feel like they were trying to scam us. We had to scramble to cover the load an hour before the load is to be picked up. We will not be doing business with them in the future.
