Do not book loads with this broker. All of us in the trucking industry know how hard it is doing what we do. We booked a load with PCDX and had to cancel because we had reefer problems and wouldnt be able to cool to 28 degrees like instructed. Scott Shope took exception to this and threated to write reviews where ever possible to discredit our company. He continually called us liars. He called our driver anonymously to get information. He told me that he called our driver and didnt disclose who he was or who he worked for. The driver couldnt understand what he was saying because the phone was breaking up. Scott calls us back claiming that the driver said his reefer was fine and working. None of which is true. We have receipts of the repair on the reefer we had to get done. He continually called us liars and we have the emails to back it up. Us truckers have enough problems to deal with, that having a broker threaten to discredit us because we have mechanical issues shouldnt be one of them. This brokerage will not fight for the truck if any issues arise and instead will fight the truck. I strongly advise not working with this company if at all possible. Very unprofessional!!
