“Be careful doing business with PCDX Transportation Logistics!”

Be careful doing business with PCDX Transportation Logistics, LLC, it seems to me they are handling their business based on emotions, which makes it very erratic. They’ll post you a Freight Guard just because they feel unhappy and frustrated!
We booked a load with PCDX Transportation Logistics, LLC on 5/5/26. It was supposed to pick up on 5/6 at 7 pm CT. On the day of the pickup, when the driver got to his previous delivery, the receiver told him that our delivery appointment is at 4 pm, not 10 am as we booked the load. I told Parker Shope the moment we found out about this (it was at 10:30 am CT – 8 hours and 30 minutes before the pickup) and that the driver won’t be able to pick up their next load because we would be empty around 7-8 pm and we have 4 hours deadhead. Scott Shope called us and started to yell and say that we are full of bull*hit and didn’t let us to talk and explain the situation on the phone call too. He told us that we have a very good company with great history and that he will make sure he’ll ruin it by posting a Freight Guard on carrier411 and he will continue with DAT, IT, TIA, and Google.
They also posted that the truck was not listed on the COI they got from the insurance. It was an insurance error, and it was fixed and sent by the insurance company to Parker Shope on 5/6/26 at 11:49 am CT.
In our perspective, we did everything by the book. We advised them as soon as we found out about the change of schedule and the impossibility to run the load, it was 8 hours and 30 minutes before the pickup – plenty of time to recover the load.
After 10 years in business, hauling over 7000 loads, this is the first time we have experienced this. Please read carefully what the situation was and judge for yourself, but I don’t think is fair to take actions like this just because of having a bad day.
