Bob did eventually provide updates and he sent me a copy of the POD to confirm that the shipment was delivered on time.
- Dislikes
I reached out to Bob several times trying to get an update but discovered that his phone was not working and he could only be reached by email. We need more proactive behavior from this carrier when things like this happen.
